Become a Systemia Sales Partner
We’re opening a small sales partner crew for Systemia. Systemia builds “Command Centers” for businesses: high-converting websites + instant lead intake that texts/calls the owner right away. We also offer add-ons and a higher-ticket “Internal Ops” system for companies that want full back-office tracking.
You don’t have to be a closer. Your role is simple: bring a serious lead and get them to take the first step.
How it works
- You share your personal referral link
- They submit the form (and ideally pay the Kickstart / reserve-my-slot fee)
- We handle follow-up, closing, payment, and delivery
- You get credited and paid — plus recurring payouts where applicable

How tracking works
- Every lead uses your referral code (?ref=YOURCODE)
- Credit is based on money collected (not just submits)
- Residuals only pay while the client is active + successfully billed

How you get paid (paid on closed deals)
Important: We only pay when a deal closes. You don’t have to be a closer — but if you do close it, you’ll earn a bonus.
What counts as a qualified referral
- Decision maker involved
- Real need + timeline
- They submit the form through your referral link (?ref=YOURCODE)
- Ideally: they pay the Kickstart/Reserve Slot (or book the call if that’s the path)
Base pay — Builds
- Kickstart ($99) → $20
- Starter Build ($499) → $50
- Pro Build ($899) → $100
Base pay — Add‑ons
- Any add-on → $5
- Systemia Care ($149/mo) → $10/mo as long as active
Base pay — Internal Ops
- Starter ($3,500 + $149/mo) → $350 upfront + $15/mo
- Team ($7,500 + $299/mo) → $750 upfront + $30/mo
- Scale ($15,000 + $799/mo) → $1,500 upfront + $80/mo
- Enterprise (custom) → 10% of setup + 10% of monthly (confirmed before signing)
Closer Bonus (optional)
- Starter Build → +$75
- Pro Build → +$150
Team Overrides (optional)
If you recruit a few partners and help them produce, you can earn small overrides on closed deals. Details after approval.
Day‑to‑day
- You outreach + share your referral link.
- Lead submits the form (your code is captured automatically).
- We handle follow-up + build OR you close it for bonus.
- When the deal closes, you get paid based on the level of work you did.
Optional: Team / Mentor Bonus
If you recruit partners and help them produce, you can earn small overrides:
- Their Kickstart → $10
- Their Starter → $20
- Their Pro → $30
- Their add-on → $2
- Their Systemia Care → $5/mo
Internal Ops kicker
- Starter → $150 upfront + $5/mo
- Team → $250 upfront + $10/mo
- Scale → $400 upfront + $20/mo
